Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and now living in the city, Sylvia Foggetti is an astute professional dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams and goals. With a law degree from Loyola University, she brings a valuable perspective to her Dream Town clients, having spent many years as an attorney assisting both buyers and sellers with their closings. Highly experienced in every step of the closing process, Sylvia navigates even the most complex transactions, collaborating closely with all parties to ensure a seamless process for her clients.
Motivated by a desire to be more actively engaged in her clients’ entire real estate journey, Sylvia made the transition from practicing law to being a dedicated broker. This move has allowed her to immerse herself in the field, where her she can leverage her legal expertise and real estate knowledge to benefit her clients, whether they are first-time buyers or experienced sellers. Sylvia’s special passion for helping people to find homes they love is evident in her steadfast commitment to being both a stalwart advocate and trusted advisor throughout their search, from the first showing to closing and beyond.
Beyond her marketing savvy, extensive research skills and keen analytical abilities, Sylvia’s approach is distinguished by her tenacity, poise, work-ethic and integrity—values instilled by her immigrant parents. A firm believer in sharing her expertise and giving back to peers and community, Sylvia is a member of a number of professional organizations including the Illinois Bar Association, Lake County Arbitration Panel, and the Justinian Society. When she is not assisting her clients or volunteering her time, Sylvia never tires of exploring her hometown. She appreciates that Chicago is rated as a “very walkable” city and takes advantage herself, going for long walks in her own neighborhood and beyond to discover new restaurants, cultural attractions, parks and events.
