About Mark
With more than two decades of experience, Mark Keppy is a seasoned broker with an exceptional track record of achieving success on behalf of his clients. He began his career in 2000 in Iowa, where he was named Rookie of the Year by the Quad City Board of Realtors and consistently ranked among the top 4% of agents in the state and top 1% with his local Board of Realtors throughout his career there. Since moving to Chicago in 2005, he has built an extensive network of satisfied clients and their referrals—enduring relationships based on his integrity and expertise. In recognition of this, Mark has received the Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer Award every year since 2013. His breadth of experience, coupled with his commitment to his client’s needs, makes him an invaluable partner and advocate for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Chicago area.
To this day, Mark still credits his early jobs in the restaurant industry for his unique perspective on customer service and his proven ability to deliver results. He begins every relationship by listening closely to understand his client’s real estate goals, their priorities, and personal style. Always current on local real estate trends and data, he sets expectations carefully—and draws upon his wealth of knowledge and experience to guide buyers and sellers through each step of their transaction. As a steadfast advocate for his client’s best interest, Mark has also earned certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert.
Throughout his accomplished career, Mark has never lost his passion for helping first-time buyers, and he still finds joy in seeing their eyes light up when they find their first place. In addition to having his Home Staging Certification, Mark is a creative marketer skilled in using traditional and digital media to bring maximum exposure to a client’s listing, even in the most competitive market.
