About Laura

Born and raised in Chicago, Laura brings her 10+ years of experience to the SwakeGroup as the team’s Operations Manager and licensed real estate agent. Laura approaches real estate with a deep appreciation and admiration for everything this great city has to offer. In her many years working in real estate Laura has served as a Broker Associate, Administrative Assistant, Property Manager, Transaction Coordinator, and now as the Operations Manager. Laura loves spreadsheets, task lists, and all things organization and procedural. She is constantly working to ensure the team’s operations are seamless and our clients are satisfied. By tailoring her extensive background in customer service to fit the needs of clients, Laura has been able to turn her familiarity with Chicago’s neighborhoods, her desire to meet and help new people, and her passion for real estate into an exciting and fulfilling career. 

When not working for the team, Laura spends her time in Lincoln Square with her two children, exploring the Square, Chicago River, Welles Park, and attending the Lincoln Square farmer’s market. Her family are proud attendees of Lyman A. Budlong Elementary School where her grandmother attended kindergarten 80+ years ago.
