David Schatz is an accomplished real estate broker who has lived in Chicago his entire life. Growing up in Old Town and attending Lincoln Park High School, David earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University. Known for his unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, David is always accessible and available, offering exceptional support to his clients, whether it’s morning, noon or night. 

Before transitioning to real estate, David built a successful career as an analyst in the hedge fund industry, where he honed his exceptional skills in financial analysis and creative problem-solving. However, the desk-bound nature of the corporate world wasn't the right fit for his energetic, people-oriented personality. Seeking a career that aligned with his passion for helping others, David found his calling in real estate. Since earning his license in 2015, he has built his reputation one satisfied client at a time, nurturing an extensive professional network based upon his integrity, drive, and ability to achieve success for his clients.

With his financial background, David is able to analyze and share market trends and data—empowering his clients to make informed decisions at each step of their transaction. His marketing savvy and digital media expertise are important benefits for his sellers, allowing him to showcase their listings for maximum exposure in even the most competitive market. David’s proudest career accomplishments include starting and leading his own real estate team and selling over $100 million in real estate. On a personal level, he credits his parents for his drive and exceptional work ethic, but cites his wife and children as the key motivating influences in his life today. When David is not busy assisting his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family.
