Real estate has long been one of Dan’s primary interests. Prior to becoming a broker, he enjoyed a successful and rewarding career in the construction industry where he honed his ability to multitask in a fast paced environment—completing projects on schedule while ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way. Understanding that his success depends on the results he achieves for his clients, Dan effectively utilizes his strong communication and negotiation skills to get them across the finish line, whether that’s buying or selling their home. And with his construction background, Dan’s clients also benefit from his unique ability to assess and evaluate their current or prospective home.

Dan has spent his entire life in the Chicago area, growing up in Roscoe Village and currently residing in Norwood Park with his young family. He is a diehard Chicago fan, always eager to share his keen insights and deep knowledge about the city’s many vibrant neighborhoods and surrounding communities. When he is not assisting his clients, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing all that Chicagoland has to offer. Come summer, you are most likely to find them taking advantage of the city’s many available outdoor activities from the lakefront parks and street festivals to a night game at Wrigley Field.
