About Diana
Diana Grande joins Dream Town with extensive professional and personal experiences. Diana’s strong interest in real estate development and interior design led her to turn her passion into a career. Her past work in banking operations created the expertise to carefully manage sensitive client information, review intricate documents, and manage time effectively to complete vital tasks. Diana takes personal satisfaction by navigating her clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction from beginning to closing. She enjoys coaching her clients so they understand the details of their investment and getting the deal done! Diana is dedicated to her clients and treats each of them with respect and honesty.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 2012, her real estate business success has been recognized through her earning the Rookie of the Year honor from the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors. In addition to her BA degree in Business Management and Finance, Diana also holds the designations of a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), one of the top designations in real estate regarding marketing and negotiating skills and she is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), specializing in buyer representation.
A true Chicagoan, Diana has lived in Wrigleyville before making moves to Forest Glen and Irving Park. She has a solid track record in the housing markets and investment opportunities in the north side communities of Chicago, including North Center, Avondale, Albany Park, Lincoln Square, Humboldt Park and Logan Square. Her focus remains on her clients and representing them in regards to investment property transactions, residential sales and purchases, and leasing opportunities throughout the Chicagoland area.
With all that energy and determination, when not focused on her real estate business, Diana enjoys playing sports. She is an avid ice hockey defenseman, and held the honor of being captain of a Division I Women’s Hockey team at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
