About Diana
Diana Grande is a dedicated and accomplished real estate broker with over 12 years’ experience. Born and raised in Chicago and now residing in Park Ridge, she combines her deep knowledge of the city and suburbs with her tailored client-centric approach. Focused on building authentic connections based on trust and integrity, she guides her clients through each phase of their sale or purchase transaction with skill, patience and care. Her keen attention to detail and calm, compassionate demeanor enhance her professional style, one that is based on leadership, education, advocacy, and data-driven advice.
Diana’s successful brokerage career is built on a solid foundation of excellent customer service skills honed during her 10-year career in high-end retail. There, she mastered the art of creating personalized customer experiences from start to finish, educating and empowering her clients to make confident decisions. Her experience overseeing a staff of more than 60 people equipped Diana with the skills to effectively manage multiple clients and properties while ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
Encouraged by a family friend to pursue her broker’s license in 2012, Diana began her career with a small agency, helping to sell units in a new development. She sold every unit within her first year and was named Rookie of the Year by the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors. Since then, she has built upon her success one satisfied client at a time, providing support that extends far beyond closing and creating lifelong friendships. Diana’s commitment to continuous improvement keeps her attuned to current real estate trends and new digital marketing technologies, enhancing her ability to deliver exceptional results for buyers, sellers and investors.
A former Division I hockey team captain, Diana brings the same resilience and teamwork to her successful real estate career. Outside of work, she remains actively engaged in her community, having coached with the Chicago Mission girls’ hockey program and competing recreationally in tennis. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy exploring their hometown. Whether it’s a quick train ride or in the car, they love the region’s convenience and the opportunity to experience so much diversity in their own backyard.
