She holds a managing broker’s license and is consistently ranked as one of the top brokers in her company. Cheryl draws on her firsthand knowledge and keen market insight to help her clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling.  Known for her creative problem solving, client-centric approach and keen negotiation skills, Cheryl ensures her clients achieve their real estate and financial goals with ease.

In her free time, Cheryl enjoys exploring the area’s world-class restaurant scene and experiencing the beauty of the lakefront’s stunning views. She is committed to her community, and regularly supports local philanthropic programs and organizations in her area such as One Warm Coat, an initiative where she organized the collection of over 200 coats to donate to those in need. She is also an avid participant in neighborhood events, including the Norwood Park Wine Stroll, “Cop In” and “Get Fired Up” events for first responders, and the northwest side’s famous annual St. Patrick’s Parade. Her husband and son are both first responders, and her family is proud to be a member of the community.
