With more than 15 years of experience, Raina Stoianof has built a loyal network of repeat clients and new referrals based upon her proven ability to achieve their real estate goals. Prior to earning her license in 2006, Raina honed her strong customer service, communication and organizational skills working in retail sales and as the coordinator of a physical therapy office. Her decision to become a broker was a natural step given her deep interest in real estate—a passion she developed early in life helping her father with his real estate investments. As a property manager for the family business, Raina credits her father, a builder by trade, for the valuable insights and benefits she consistently brings to her real estate clients: She possesses a keen eye for construction details, both commercial and residential, and has the ability to provide investors with a thorough and thoughtful analysis of a property’s potential.

Finding genuine joy every time she helps a client reach their dream, Raina is a careful listener and a skilled negotiator with that rare ability to foresee potential obstacles before they arise—and to propose effective solutions. With her deep knowledge, commitment and steadfast work ethic, Raina takes great pride in getting her clients to the finish line, whether that’s finding their dream home, getting the highest possible price for a seller, or finding a great investment opportunity.

Born and raised in Chicago, Raina is quick to share her deep love and knowledge of Chicagoland—from the beautiful downtown skyline to the region’s rich cultural diversity. When she’s not assisting her clients, you might find Raina learning even more about the city’s architecture, trying a new restaurant, enjoying the lakefront or attending a cultural performance. Raina is also a strong believer in giving back to her community and finds great satisfaction volunteering at her church and helping people who are struggling with homelessness.
