David has called the Chicagoland area home for over 40 years, and loves being able to help his clients find their dream home in the Windy City and surrounding suburbs. His extensive market expertise and finely tuned negotiation skills ensure his clients achieve their real estate and financial goals. He has successfully brokered hundreds of transactions during his career, always advocating for his client's best interests. David credits his parents for inspiring his entrepreneurial spirit, which continues to fuel his consistently top producing success to this day. 

His philosophy is simple—David believes building a connection with his clients is the foundation of a successful partnership. Relying on a client-focused approach, David keenly tailors his strategies to suit his clients' needs, whether first-time home buyers or investors. He has experience dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including short sales, foreclosures, industrial, and business only purchases. Having mastered all types of transactions, he knows how to provide his clients with an experience that is seamless and stress-free. David is fluent in Korean, allowing him to better serve his community.  

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family—he loves being able to enjoy quality time with his three young children. David believes that Chicago is one of the country’s most beautiful cities, and enjoys exploring the restaurant scene or walking along the stunning lakefront paths. He’s also a huge sports fan, cheering for his favorite hometown teams—the Cubs and Bears!
