Ashley Berke
About Ashley
Ashley traces her strong work ethic, professional acumen and relationship-building skills to one of her first jobs as a teenager. Working weekends at a popular Italian restaurant in suburban Chicago, Ashley quickly learned the importance of discipline, accuracy and planning. She also refined her interpersonal skills and built warm relationships with many of her diners – contacts that have endured to this day! The job also taught Ashley the need for collegial cooperation and helped her to develop problem-solving skills that ensured her customers always left happy.
After earning her Associates Degree with straight A’s in her final semesters, Ashley attended the Real Estate Institute in Niles, Illinois and soon thereafter earned her real estate license. A self-described “real estate nerd,” Ashley finds great satisfaction in continually building upon her knowledge. Most recently, she earned certification as a Pricing Strategies Advisor, an important recognition of her expertise and the sound data-driven advice that she brings to sellers.
As for her real estate career, it would be no exaggeration to say that she loves everything about her chosen profession. Every step of the process is equally important and rewarding to Ashley, from that first discussion with her clients about their must-haves and dreams to the many details of the home inspection and the meticulous review of documents. She loves hosting open houses for her sellers as much as she does taking her buyers on a carefully planned itinerary of showings. Ashley is confident in her skills and knowledge, and advocates tirelessly on behalf of her clients. And nothing brings more satisfaction than hearing from them after they’ve settled into their dream home. The result? Over the years, Ashley has built many lasting and rewarding relationships in both her personal and professional lives.
Ashley’s passions extend well beyond real estate. She is as committed as a mother as she is as a daughter, sacrificing much time and energy to care for an aging father. She writes poetry, is a member of the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce, and has done extensive volunteer work with her church and the County Board of Elections. She resides in Park Ridge in the house that her grandparents built in 1956. Indeed, her son is the third generation of the family to grow up in this home. This sense of connection and community is just one more elusive quality that makes Ashley such a standout real estate professional.
