During her 25-year career in the mortgage industry, she has gained a deep understanding of every type of home loan, including special programs for first-time buyers, investment properties, multifamily homes, Debt Service Coverage Ratio Loans, and renovation/construction loans which allow for you to buy and renovate or build a home. Her lending experience is also key when purchasing a condominium, due to the rapidly changing guidelines with this property type.
Her comprehensive background in finance and lending uniquely positions Chris to provide exceptional guidance on the myriad financial considerations of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. In addition, her understanding of home renovation costs and her expertise with cash-flow analysis makes her an invaluable ally for both residential clients and investors. In addition to her professional background, Christine credits her own personal experiences for the deep passion she brings to her real estate career. She bought her first home at age 22 and, in the years since, has bought and sold more than 25 properties in Chicagoland and across six states—including primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
Earning her broker’s license has allowed Christine to blend her professional and personal experiences to help others achieve their own real estate dreams. She takes pride in educating and empowering her clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions at each step of their transaction. She especially enjoys helping buyers to find the perfect place to call home—and setting them on their path to financial security. A loyal advocate, an expert guide and a seasoned negotiator, Chris goes above-and-beyond to ensure a seamless and successful experience for her clients making sure to listen to their specific needs.
While Chris enjoys a rewarding professional life, she is also deeply committed to giving back.
