Meet Suzanne Earth, your trusted partner in Chicagoland real estate. With a heart for helping and a sharp eye for strategy, Suzanne guides her clients through life’s biggest transitions. Whether buying, selling, renting, relocating, or investing, she offers care, clarity, and just the right amount of humor to keep things grounded when emotions run high.
A former publishing executive, Suzanne changed careers after going through the emotional experience of selling her childhood home following the loss of her parents. That life-changing experience showed her how overwhelming and deeply personal real estate can be. It also lit a fire in her to help others move through real estate transactions with confidence, compassion, and support.
Born and raised in Chicago, Suzanne is a lifelong Chicagoan aside from a fantastic three-year chapter living in New York City. She has called many corners of the city home, including North Mayfair, Logan Square, Streeterville, West Bucktown, East Village, Humboldt Park, Wicker Park, Glenview, and now recently back to Streeterville. These are not just neighborhoods she represents. They are places she has lived, explored, and truly come to know. Suzanne shares her Streeterville home with her deaf Cocker Spaniel Lucky and her formerly feral cat Eleanor.

Outside of real estate, Suzanne is a blue belt in Brazilian jujitsu, an avid baker, and a passionate Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. She is a devoted volunteer and brings Lucky to visit seniors in hospitals and assisted living communities. Because Lucky cannot hear, many of the seniors feel a special bond with him. Suzanne also treasures spending time with her brother’s five daughters and jumps at any chance to be part of their world.
