He has lived on the city’s northside for nearly 15 years and is proud to call Chicago home. A cycling enthusiast and strong believer in giving back to his peers and community, Milkias is actively involved in the local cycling scene—creating groups and independent teams to explore the region and helping to make Chicagoland a safer environment for cyclists. In addition to biking and running along the city’s beautiful lakefront, Milkias is also passionate about Chicago’s architectural wealth and how it reflects the city’s history and cultural diversity. As for the food scene, which he also loves, Milkias is a huge fan of Chicago-style deep dish pizza: Just ask him about his favorites!
