About Joey

Born in the North Suburbs and a lifelong Chicago resident, Joey Halperin is an accomplished broker with a wealth of real estate experience and a robust background in building construction, development and investing. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Management, Joey worked as a consultant for Accenture, where he refined his communication and project management skills. Earning his general contractor license in 2014, he began the professional journey that would bring him to his true calling.

After years working as a developer building and renovating luxury properties, Joey realized that his approach to general contracting work was evolving to encompass a passion for helping others through their own real estate journeys. Since earning his broker’s license in 2018, Joey has leveraged his extensive experience to help his clients achieve their goals, including more than 100 first-time home buyers.

With his extensive personal experience as a real estate investor, his insights into property ownership complement his construction expertise. His ability to recognize opportunities and challenges within a property enables his clients to make informed decisions, whether they are looking for a turnkey home or a fixer-upper with investment potential.
