Prior to earning her broker’s license in 2017, she built a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise working for a mortgage company as a loan officer and operations manager. Transitioning to a pivotal role as project manager for a general contractor and developer, she played an integral part in high-end real estate projects like The Hayden in Chicago’s West Loop and several Pret a Manger locations across the country. Her extensive background and valuable connections in the mortgage lending and construction sectors paved the way for her success as a real estate broker.

Born in Ukraine, Anya moved to the United States in 1980, and grew up in the Northwest Suburbs before settling in Chicago. Fluent in Russian, she is able to guide bilingual clients seamlessly through their real estate transaction. Complementing her professional achievements, Anya is equally passionate about giving back to her community. She serves as the Community Outreach Director for the Art of Giving Foundation: Dedicated to sparking transformation in Chicago’s underserved communities through education, empowerment and creative initiatives, this pioneering nonprofit organization provides art supplies and resources to Chicago Public School teachers and local community centers.
