Arvin Javier is a dedicated real estate broker who leverages his extensive background and deep understanding of the Chicagoland area to provide unparalleled service to his clients. Originally from the Philippines, Arvin moved to Chicago in 1992 and has called the city home ever since. His familiarity with the city’s diverse neighborhoods, deep-rooted culture, and history makes him an invaluable resource for both buyers and sellers.
A proud alum of Universal Technical Institute, Arvin began his professional journey in the automotive industry where he spent over 15 years as a certified automotive technician before advancing to a service advisor role. During this time, he developed a keen ability to listen to clients, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional customer experiences—a skill set that seamlessly translates to his real estate practice. As a broker, he continues to hone his customer service and sales skills, enabling him to excel in understanding and meeting his clients’ needs.
Arvin’s passion for real estate was sparked during his own homebuying journey in 2019, where he experienced firsthand the impact a knowledgeable broker can have on the process. Guided by a skilled agent, he found the perfect home for his family — an experience that inspired him to offer the same level of service to others. Since then, Arvin has channeled this dedication into his real estate career, recently earning his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. His goal is to make the buying and selling process as seamless and rewarding for his clients as it was for him.
Arvin’s passion for real estate goes beyond transactions; he is particularly drawn to the architectural diversity of Chicago, from historic homes to contemporary developments. This passion, combined with his high energy and positive attitude, sets him apart as a broker who truly cares about his clients' success.
Outside of real estate, Arvin continues to indulge in his love for automotive work, using his skills to diagnose and repair vehicles. He also enjoys exploring the many facets of Chicago, from its dynamic events to its world-class culinary scene, and values the unique experience of living in a city that offers something for everyone.
