Peter Kritikos is a business-savvy broker who brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to guide his clients through each step of their real estate journey. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, Peter started his career in sales at a Fortune 500 company before moving into business operations for a global software company. These experiences equipped him with the analytical, marketing and communication skills that now benefit his Dream Town clients.
Peter’s passion for real estate runs deep, cultivated through family ties: a grandfather who started his own real estate business soon after emigrating from Greece Peter’s own real estate journey began well before he earned his broker’s license, when he purchased his first investmentproperty soon after graduation. Now, he successfully owns and manages two multi-unit investment buildings, providing him with the experience, empathy and relevant insights to guide his clients through their own transactions—both the highs and the lows.
Peter is a compassionate and creative problem-solver who listens carefully to understand his clients’ needs and aspirations and offers strategic solutions to overcome any challenges and guide them to successful outcomes. As a lifelong Chicago resident, Peter possesses an intimate knowledge of the city, particularly its diverse northside neighborhoods and the distinctive appeal of each community. Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter is a proud 2nd generation Greek-American and an active member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Lincoln Park. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and pickleball, exploring the city’s vibrant food scene, and cheering on the Chicago Bears!
