I decided to work with Suzanne because I wanted a realtor who shared my passion for selling my duplex condo. Suzanne exceeded my expectations in every way. She made me feel like her top priority, going above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do. For instance, just three days before the walk-through, the unit above mine had a leak that affected our kitchen lights, causing a lot of stress. Suzanne told me to provide her with the contact information for the responsible party, assuring me she would handle everything. She even coordinated with the plumber while I was at work, taking the entire ordeal off my plate. The entire process was incredibly smooth thanks to her proactive approach.

We couldn’t have been any happier working with Suzanne. She completely exceeded our expectations. Our daughter moved to Chicago with very little knowledge of the area. Suzanne helped us figure out her wants and needs and narrowed the search for us. As a knowledgeable , local Chicagoan, she was very informative on the different neighborhoods and local flavor. In the end she helped my daughter find a perfect apartment in an awesome location. We couldn’t have done it without her! Suzanne anticipated our questions and move in needs before we even thought of them. She helped us navigate the particulars of the lease and worked closely with the building manager to be sure everything was perfect. There is absolutely nothing more she could have done to make the moving experience more perfect. A month later and my daughter is living her best life in a great apartment - all thanks to Suzanne Earth!

This was my first experience working with a realtor and I got so lucky that it was with Suzanne! Suzanne has been so helpful and attentive through this whole process. I moved to Chicago from Texas and moving from a different state is very stressful but Suzanne made it the most simple, stress-free task. She is very knowledgeable and I will always recommend her!

Suzanne is down to earth and the first realtor I worked with. She was super attentive and paid extra attention to the criteria or checklist we laid out for her. Mindful of my schedule when I couldn’t make it - she went out of our way to tour the listings and sent us recorded videos of the properties leaving her own special commentary. This all happened during summer where the market was super competitive so I will always vouch for her. You can tell she loves her job. Highly recommend!

Suzanne did an amazing job. She took care of everything perfectly. She was there every step of the way, whenever I had questions, whenever I was unsure of any of the steps it took to sell my property she was there. It was my first time selling and she made it easy and made it a great experience. She is also helping me buy a home, she is wonderful and would recommend. Anyone looking for a realtor should definitely choose Suzanne.

You can’t find people like Suzanne anymore, you just can’t! She is a huge reason why we felt like this was going to work (relocating from out of state). We are really lucky. If you are looking for a realtor and friend in Chicago, you couldn’t be in better hands!
