Arvin was absolutely fantastic! Worked with myself and my partner for months to help us find an apartment in Chicago. Incredibly patient, answered every question we had about each apartment we looked at and always was willing to contact whoever he needed to in order to get an answer to a question he may not have known. Cannot not recommend him enough. He took away any fear and anxiety we had around navigating trying to rent an apartment in the city and made it as stress free as he possibly could. We will be absolutely using him again when it comes time to buying a house!

Arvin is truly amazing. He helped us navigate renting our first apartment in the city. He did a great job walking us through the process. He always made himself available anytime we requested a showing. He answered any questions we had and always did it with a positive attitude. Even after months of looking, he never made us feel rushed. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to aid us in this process. We can now call our new apartment a home because of him! He did everything he could to help prepare my condo for sale, after the unit next-door caught on fire. The smell of smoke lingered in my unit, just days before the open house, but Arvin went every day to install plug-ins, open windows, and turn on fans. Last Oct 2021 I worked with Arvin Javier on purchasing my Townhouse.

It was my most nerve wrecking experience on purchasing a property. From the start the property had a price bidding war and the day I looked at the property was the last day we can submit an offer. I loved the place and I have to do the best I can to win that war. Arvin made that happened for me. He was quick on getting the contract ready and we were able to submit on time and on top of that we won the war. Throughout the process up until closing, was very stressful for me, dealing with my work, my lender, the upfront expenses, worrying about the appraisal and inspections, etc. All I can say is, Arvin was the "BEST", he was very supportive throughout the whole process. He's not just your typical Realtor, he supported me 100%, it almost felt like he was purchasing the house with me. He cared for his client 100%. I highly recommend Arvin to All.
