    A broker’s first year in the business is so important, which is why we’ve created a 12-week training program to support their development, hosted by our President of Agent Services Barbara O’Connor.

Our coaching programs meet individuals where they are, help them shine a light on what they know they need to improve upon, and create support systems for accountability to get there. And it’s not all about business – we want everyone to find personal fulfillment, work-life balance, and a sense of community.

First Year Club

Our First Year Club is a 12-week coaching and training program that prepares new brokers for what it’s actually like to work in real estate. Barbara O’Connor, our President of Agent Services, guides new brokers through real-life scenarios, prepares them to answer the client questions and objections they’ll run into most frequently, and gives them a framework to set up their business for success. In addition to the weekly classes, new brokers are paired with mentors for shadowing opportunities in the field.
