Built in 2002, the Wells Street Tower is a high-rise condo building in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. The 34-floor high-rise situated at 701 S. Wells was constructed with a distinguishing tilted roof that points towards downtown Chicago. As one of the tallest buildings in the neighborhood, residents enjoy excellent views of the city skyline from spacious condos that come with private balconies.
