About the Building

Built in 2002, the Wells Street Tower is a high-rise condo building in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. The 34-floor high-rise situated at 701 S. Wells was constructed with a distinguishing tilted roof that points towards downtown Chicago. As one of the tallest buildings in the neighborhood, residents enjoy excellent views of the city skyline from spacious condos that come with private balconies.

The units at the Wells Street Tower come in a variety of different floor plans that range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The larger units offer 930 square feet of living space while the smaller ones are 600 square feet in area. Residences feature tall 9-foot ceilings, 7-foot windows and gas fireplaces.
