About the Building

This modernist high rise, built in 1971, features 53 stories and 624 luxury condos, each with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. When it was built, Newberry Plaza was the sixth tallest all-residential building in the world, and it's still the tallest building in the immediate vicinity. This means residents of Newberry Plaza have peerless views of the city and the lake.

Located in the northwest corner of Chicago's affluent Gold Coast neighborhood, Newberry Plaza is surrounded by a variety of nightlife, eateries and retail outlets.
