About the Building

Harbor Point is an iconic institution in a city known for its architecture. It resides at 155 North Harbor in the coined New Eastside neighborhood. The high rise is on the doorstep of Navy Pier, and one of the few residences east of Lake Shore Drive. It was built in 1975 and represents a dominate look in the city’s iconic skyline.
