Dream Town recently launched a training and mentorship program, InspiRE, for young adults of color as a step toward making the business more inclusive. Seeking to be a part of the change, this program was designed to give young adults from underrepresented communities access to a career in the real estate industry. “Access and opportunity are two things that young people from underrepresented communities lack,” said Yuval Degani, owner of Dream Town. “We want to provide it to them.”
