About Yeani

Yeani Yi brings her clients over a decade of experience working in commercial and residential real estate. She first became attracted to the work of real estate sales through her work for The Jaffe Companies, a commercial real estate developer—by gaining a deeper understanding of Chicago’s rich and storied architecture, she was inspired to help others learn how to develop, invest, buy, and sell within the city’s complex market. Yeani has done significant work with tenant and landlord buildouts and leasing renewal negotiations. She also has related experience in sales, financial management, and graphic design, which gives her the expertise to market a property and negotiate the transaction to her clients’ advantage.

A resident of the Chicago area for over 35 years, Yeani has excellent knowledge of several different real estate markets, with a particular focus on commercial real estate and shopping centers within the Loop and near north side neighborhoods such as Lakeview and West Town; and suburbs including Glenview and South Barrington. When she’s not working on her real estate business, she enjoys spending time reading, hanging out with her family, and playing badminton.
