My wife Jen and I can't speak highly enough about the work and dedication of Violet Jaworska throughout the entire process of our condo search and ensuing purchase. Jen and I were brand new to the entire condo-purchasing process. On a whim, my wife did an internet search and noted areas we were interested in looking at. Violet emailed Jen the next day, expressing interest in helping us find the place of our dreams. Over the next three months, Violet flattered us with her knowledge, dedication and most importantly, her care. While she was as professional as could be, conversing with Violet during the process seemed more like conversing with a close friend than anything else. Violet never pressured us on anything, always offering her support and expertise in the field. Having that as a support system while making the most expensive purchase of our lives certainly eased things along perfectly. There was no question she wouldn't answer and no time that didn't work for her to schedule a visit. It should be noted that she raced to our apartment at 10:15 P.M. on the night we agreed on a bid with the selling agent, so we could sign and lock in the price. That dedication was amazing. Dream Town is certainly lucky to have Violet on their staff and we will whole heartedly be recommending her services to friends or colleagues in the future. In all the years we have dealt with realtors, Violet is at the top of them all! She is very professional, knows her business and most of all really cares for her clients. She listened very carefully to what my husband and my needs and desires were, and then worked very diligent, selecting about 9 properties for us to visit in the West Loop. After seeing a few of the properties, Violet already a very good idea of what I liked and what I didn't. She spent the entire day with me and we found 2 properties that I sort of liked, but was uncertain of the location. She never placed any pressure on me about any property and gave me room to think and decide for myself. Then upon our last viewing, Wow!!!!, that was it. She found the perfect condo that would meet our needs and the needs of our growing family - the grandkids!!!! Even after the closing, Violet contacted with me to make sure all was well and upon moving in, made a visit to our new home. That is really connecting!!!! And in today's techie society, where we so often feel just like another number, Violet not only found us a beautiful place to live, but made us feel that we had a friend! I started my condo search as a first time home-buyer with DreamTown; I started working directly with Violet about halfway through the process once I had already signed a contract for a unit. I was a little nervous to transition to a new realtor in the middle of the process, but Violet made the transition seem seamless and I felt very comfortable with her right away. This was my first experience working with a realtor, and I quickly realized that trust was crucial; Violet earned my trust immediately. It was obvious that she was just as excited about the new place as I was and treated the experience as if it was her own purchase. In the midst of the process, I had to move out of state for my company. Preparing to close from another state was quite stressful! As first time home-buyers, we began the process of looking for a house with absolutely no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for - so thank goodness we had Violet! From beginning to end, she was a truly invaluable resource and extremely competent professional. Violet came out house-hunting with us on weekends, evenings, and the occasional violent thunderstorm, and throughout was a patient and helpful guide through Chicago real estate who asked the right questions (which we didn't even know to ask) and who spent a great deal of time getting to know us and our preferences so that she was able to select places for us to view that she knew would be of interest. Based on those preferences, she helped us narrow down our price range and geographic area, which made the process significantly less daunting. Throughout the house search, which took several months, Violet was always accessible, answered our multitudes of questions quickly and efficiently, and worked constantly in the background to keep us up to date on new properties coming on the market. Once we found a place and decided to put in an offer, Violet once again stepped in to help us decide on a starting offer and work through the negotiations. True to her word, she was extremely aggressive on our behalf during the price negotiations, which resulted in us getting to a final purchase price for the property that we certainly did not expect and were extremely happy with. After the contract was signed, Violet continued to keep us all on track, reminding us of deadlines and recommending the other professionals (real estate attorney, mortgage brokers, property inspectors, etc. ) that we would need to find to complete the purchase. Without exception, every person Violet recommended turned out to be top of their industry and consummate professionals; we could not have been more pleased with the service and level of expertise that her recommendations provided us. Violet did everything she possibly could to make our first home purchase as easy and painless as possible, from doing the final walk-through by herself in order to save us time on the day of closing to picking us up when our car broke down in a snowstorm as we were picking up packing supplies! We recommend Violet strongly and without reservation; as she did for us, she really will do her best to get you exactly what you're looking for in Chicago real estate - whatever that may be. We searched the internet for Chicago Condos, and thus began our search with Dream Town, and our most wonderful Realtor, Violet Jaworska. The website was extremely user friendly, and our Realtor was quick to help us narrow our search criteria. We were notified daily of new listings, and our Realtor previewed several buildings to save us time in our search. After finding the right location, price and unit, our Realtor acted as if she were right in with us buying the Unit. She asked the questions she knew we wanted answered, before we asked them, she stayed on top of all aspects of the purchase right through the day of close. Recently, my wife Madeline and I decided to become "in towners" and purchase a condo in the loop area. As we looked on line at the Dream Town web site, we clicked the question box, entered a question we had and off it went to someone named Violet Jaworska. Little did we know that one click would not only bring us an answer to our questions but also a special person that would touch our lives forever. Violet turned out to be everything we could ever ask of a realtor. She was the complete professional. She took time to understand our needs and went out of her way to make our buying experience exciting and fun. She didn't even get upset (at least not visibly) when I neglected to tell her how significant a view of the lake was to my wife on our first round of appointments! She interceded on our behalf through the entire process making sure all our questions were answered and issues resolved.
