Tim is a top notch agent and we would definitely recommend him for any real estate ventures. He has helped us on a few different transactions now and each one has been a wonderful experience. We know most agents "go above and beyond", but Tim takes it to a whole different level. He put an incredible amount of effort into coordinating with property managers and tenants, getting our property ready for sale while we didn't live near Chicago, and providing in depth market research so we always had the latest info. These things made for informed decisions and seamless processes. We're very appreciative for all of Tim's expertise, guidance and incredible service!

This is long overdue review but I won't forget how much of an amazing realtor Tim was when I was selling my condo in Chicago. After his first visit to the property, he had planned out a worse case and best scenario for different listing prices which was very helpful to begin with. This was my first time selling a home and Tim really helped guide me through the process. He was patient and answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail that can be easily understood. He also went out of his way to fix any small issues or concerns that a potential buyer had. I learned more from him from selling a home then when I bought my first home with a different realtor! I would highly recommend Tim, he is trustworthy, punctual, a great communicator and very knowledgeable in the field. Thank you Tim!

I had a phenomenal first time buying experience with Tim. I was in the market for my first rental property and couldn't think of a better realtor to partner with on this new journey. Before even looking at any properties, Tim walked me through step by step how to analyze an investment property. What to look for, what not to look for, and what to watch out for. When looking at properties, he was never pushy and I truly felt like I had a partner in the experience. Always willing to answer the million questions I had, I won't be using another realtor in Chicago for any future purchases!

Thank goodness my husband and I had Tim to support us through selling our condo in the city and buying a home in the suburbs. Tim is detail oriented, responsive, and knowledgeable. LOOOOVE Tim and his amazing team! They helped me sell and buy at the same time and I didn't go completely crazy in the process. They are super supportive, helped calm me down when I got stressed, and are just really nice people. Tim and team is what you get when you combine expertise with genuine care and attention to detail! You have a lot of choices these days in real estate. Anything from inexperienced solo realtors to large firms where you never really work with the actual namesake. Tim provides the right balance of service and scale. We found him through a friend and it couldn't have been a better decision. As first time home buyers we were apprehensive and did not have much experience. From the initial consultation to the close, Tim answered all our questions and looked out for all the important things. He wasn't pushy and he wasn't absent...just what we needed. From initial contract to close, it was barely a month. First, helping us negotiate very effectively then Tim had great contacts for attorney and inspection services. Overall we purchased our first home. We have been there for more than a year and couldn't be happier!

In 2019, I had been looking at condos in the city with another realtor. One of the condos I was really interested in was located at 16th/Wabash and the unit was listed with Tim Mullet. I was impressed with his professionalism during contract negotiations and because I would run into him occasionally in my building, I got rid of my agent and began to use Tim. In my 70 plus years I've had numerous real estate transactions with some very competent agents.The one that has been head and shoulders above the rest has been TimMullet. I've known Tim for a few years, since we both lived in Indianapolis, and when it came time or me to make the leap to Chicago, there was no doubt in my mind that I would reach out to him to help me. Working with Tim was an absolute pleasure. We were first time home buyers and as such were going into the world of home buying quite bright-eyed and...overwhelmed. Our first brief realtor was a bust, obviously looking to turn a quick buck and when promptly realizing we didn't have the big-budget for our preferred neighborhood, started to disappear into the ether. When I proclaimed my woes to a friend working at Dream Town, she clarified that this was NOT how a realtor should be acting and promised a good reference from her company. From the first interaction to the closing; Tim was professional, understanding, patient, and followed-up with specific questions on what we liked/didn't like, etc. We all knew that our budget was tight for our preferred area (River West) and even when we were starting to become frustrated, Tim would always say, "The right place will come along, don't worry!" This helped to stick to our plan and eventually after nine months (yes, the same time it takes to gestate a human child...) we found our spot and made the call after the THIRD walk through - did I mention his patience? On top of everything, he was a constant communicator and his sense of humor helped to keep a stressful situation light-hearted. We NEVER felt pressured to buy something we were not 100% on, even when I was the one just ready to pull the trigger on something because I wanted the search to be over, haha! My only complaint is we were always running around too much and did not have enough happy hour beers post showings :) I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again should we decide to sell, and can definitely recommend him to anyone!

Tim is a 5-star realtor. I cannot say enough great things about him! This was my first time selling a home, and to add to the complexity, I had tenants in the unit at the time and was selling my (Chicago) condo while in California. Tim made the entire process as smooth as it could possibly be. All of our communication was done via email, text and even FedEx (shipping keys/documents back and forth). He made what could have been chaos really easy! My tenants even commended him on how great he had been to work with. He was so respectful and professional, he actually communicated directly with the tenants (ccing me, of course). What a load off my plate that was! Tim is highly responsive and was able to answer my questions swiftly. He was transparent, honest and helped lay out my options with carefully vetted figures/facts and expert guidance. I never felt pressured to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with and he really did his homework in every situation I posed. I felt fully informed every step of the way. Tim went ABOVE AND BEYOND in so many ways. Painter missed a spot? He's got it! Cleaners forgot to sweep by the door? Done! Tenant's dog needed to be let out during a showing? No problem- Tim's got it! I can't tell you how big those small favors were for me. Again, living thousands of miles away could have made this a nightmare. But it was so easy with Tim! I really felt he was in my court and on a personal note, he's friendly and personable, which when you're involved in a long (many month) process of listing, showing and closing on a home, I feel is vitally important. Building a solid relationship and feeling comfortable with this person who literally has the keys to your future is critical. I would absolutely hire Tim as my realtor, again, and recommend him to absolutely ANYONE interested in buying or selling their home.
