With applauds, we highly recommend Robin Chessick. She knows her territories well and maintains excellent, collaborative relationships with her colleagues. She remained enthusiastic throughout the process, despite some sticky challenges. She represented the home and it's sellers with the highest professionalism, respect and compassion. I'd use her again in a heartbeat!

Robin helped me find the perfect home for my family after renting for 8 years. She played an integral part in all aspects of the home buying process including recommending an excellent attorney and helping me find a reputable contractor to take care of some post-closing issues. During my closing week Robin was on vacation in a foreign country. Prior to her departure she made sure I had realtor representation at my closing. She also emailed us frequently to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. I would use Robin again and she is the only realtor that I would recommend to my family and friends.

Robin Chessick did an amazing job on behalf of my mom and dad, who had to sell their home under difficult circumstances of ailing health. Though the home needed updating to maximize the interest, Robin creatively found just the right buyer who paid nearly our full ask! In addition, she sourced a perfect listing for my Mom's new condo that enabled my Mom to promptly transition. Robin pitched in to hold our hands in so many ways (referrals, logistics etc.) through this difficult time, and now that the purchases and sales are complete all I can say is WE COULDN'T HAVE done it without her!

I don’t normally spend the time to write recommendations for people I do business with. I need to comment though on the amazing experience we received using Robin Chessick to find our dream home. I am not an easy customer so as always I began negotiating at a price that was about 60% of the last listed price on the home. Robin then went to work and within a few days we had a deal at about 65% of the last listed price and we closed within a couple weeks. During the whole process Robin was very thoughtful and forward thinking. She is a total professional and I will only use Robin in the future, she created a seamless experience.
