Patrick was great to work with, knows the market and the neighborhood - as well as all the ins and outs of the buying process. He's also a lovely human being. As a first time buyer, everything was easy to understand and provided to me to help me make the right choice.

It was a delight to work with Patrick. He has extensive knowledge of the Chicago real estate market and its housing stock. He also was able to see things that I could not. I really appreciated his support through what otherwise is a daunting process! Oh, and I especially enjoyed his sense of humor. I actually started looking forward to seeing places with him!

Il2533205 Patrick was very professional and helpful right from the beginning. However, what I liked the most, he was very organized and always on top the things. I am out of the state and usually work crazy hours. So, I really didnâ??t have enough time to invest into the process and specially to focus on small details. Patrick stayed on track with everything, even when I wasnâ??t. He always replied to my emails/ calls/ texts almost instantly. Also, what is very important for someone with a crazy schedule, like myself, he didnâ??t waste any of my time and was always straight to the point! He has been living in the city for over 20 years, so he knows all neighborhoods inside out and was an excellent guidance in this area as well. Most importantly, he was just telling me things how they are, and not how I want to hear them, without making it look better and as result misguiding me. He also has a great team of professionals, he works with! I had an absolutely terrible experience with a first lender, my friend recommended me to go with. After I wasted one month submitting every possible paper, you can only imaging at least 5 times, Patrick just pretty much took an initiative and switched me to his lender Matt Ronsen from the neighborhood loans. Matt was able to give me a much better rate and was able to close the deal in 3 weeks, without bagging me 10 times a day with some irrelevant information. So if you are looking to purchase an apartment in Chicago, I would most certainly recommend Patrick not just because of his professional attitude, but also because he is just a fun guy to spend time with!

Patrick is very knowledgeable about houses (foundation, mechanicals, walls/floors etc.). Being a first time home buyer, I relied on Patrick to understand the fundamentals and condition of houses. He is very honest and will let you know if he thinks that a property is not worth a second look. He provides estimates for the required fixes and shares ideas on how to improve the value of the property. In addition, he has a network of professionals that will help the buyer progress through the home-buying process smoothly. I highly recommend him.
