If you are a first time home buyer, Patricia is the one for you! She made understanding this extensive process so much easier. Not only does she have an extensive referral list to help with home buying needs, but she will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect home for you. Having Patricia by our side helping us was the best move to make.

Patti was nothing less than amazing during our home buying process. Always a text away! Answers all questions. Educated us on what we needed more knowledge in and guided us. During Covid the process was a little different but she made sure she was there for all the important things. I highly would recommend her. She told me in the beginning to choose the team to make this process enjoyable and Iâ??m glad she was part of that team! Being bilingual is definitely a plus! ð???ð??»ð???

I initially started consulting with Patricia about two years agoâ??with the idea and dream of being able to purchase a home, sometime. I had to figure out a few things with my credit and finances, just like many other Americans. I must confess, we came in knowing the surface knowledge, however, you learn so much more once you are living through the process. My personality is super inquisitive in nature, so I had some moments that I am sure, I drove both Patricia and my husband insaneâ??such is life, right? Patricia met us where we were at, at every step of the process. By the way, Patricia provides a roadmap of the home-buying process that was an incredible resource! With my Type A personality, I was able to research in advance as we moved through the roadmap. I was even able to write my own notes about the process for future purchases or even investment properties. We were blessed to be able to close within a very aggressive timeline, which was a combined effort from the lender and realtorâ??oh and us! In retrospect, things move very quickly so constantly check your e-mail and do not hesitate to ASKâ??ASK a lot! Patricia, thank you for embarking on this emotional journey with us!
