I had the best experience with Mark as my realtor. He helped me with the difficult process of selling my home and buying a new home at the same time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Mark has a great deal of knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate. He always informed me of what the next steps were in the process and made sure I stayed on schedule with tasks. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Mark was a great helped me and my wife. He listened and took down notes on all our want and needs. He was very patient with us as we search through numerous properties. He was very timely with all his communication and responses. For our next move I will definitely be contacting Mark first. I would refer everyone I know to him. I'm thankful we crossed paths during our search. We have dealt with numerous Realtors and none have been as complete in their service as Mark.

I was in Boston, MA for a long-term work stay when I first came in contact with Mark. I was seeking a place in the Chicagoland area - we really did not have an option of viewing the home before we arrived back to Chicago, and Mark was able to guide us through the uncertainty of not being able to view any homes. We only gave our description of what we were looking for in our next home, and he nailed it! He is helpful & friendly through the entire process from initial interest, to signing contract/leases, to move-in date. Truly a pleasure to work with, and makes everything stress free. Mark made the entire experience very smooth! I am a first time home buyer so I feel like I had so many questions everyday throughout the process but Mark was always willing to explain every step to me and was quick to get back to me when he needed to research my questions with other parties. There was no pressure to find a place, during the search and viewing stages he always made it a priority to make sure we found the place that was right for me and my lifestyle! When I finally found the right home the following stages in the process went very smooth. He introduced me to a great inspector and attorney to ensure I was taken care of in all aspects! Mark was phenomenal. Very personable, prompt, and professional. He even went as far as driving from his office on the north side to the home I live in now to do a showing in Mount Greenwood. To say he'll go the extra mile for you is an understatement. I can't say enough about Mark and the way he does his job.

Mark was a great agent to deal with. He had great knowledge of the area i was looking at. He was available whenever i had a question and quick to set up showings of properties i was interested in. When it came down to negotiate he helped me get a good price for the property by doing his own research to make sure i did not overpay. Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was VERY responsive and helpful in our search to find the perfect home for us. Within ONE day we were able to fill out an application, set up a viewing and sign our lease. We started looking few months before our targeted moving date. He was very patient with me even I was so picky about many things. It was not easy time for anybody but he made the process very easy for us. We wasted no time and all the process was so smooth. Every time I contacted him, he responded right away and I always got my answer.

Mark was a great realtor. He was the first realtor I have ever worked with, as well as first buying experience. He was patience, understanding, and kept in constant contact. Answered all my questions. If I asked even the simplest question he would immediately reach out for an answer. Even though my new place was temporarily off the market due to repairs and covid, he was able to get me front in line to make an offer. This was a fun journey and Mark made it happen.
