Great! I can't possibly say enough about Lynn. I worked with her for almost a year looking at single family homes, then condos, short sales. She never pushed me to make a decision or even walked away when I lost my job! Lynn guided me through an arduous short sale process with optimism and perseverence. She was always asking questions of both myself and the seller and was great at pointing out things I may have missed.

Even when I had a deal for a single family home fall through due to a loan falling through, Lynn still tried to help me negotiate a purchase for the home. When that didn't work and the seller didn't want to give me my earnest money back, Lynn was persistently at their door and on the phone repeatedly working on my behalf until they returned my money.

I had to plan on moving out from an apartment because the owner of the building was suddenly selling, so I finally ventured into the possibility of buying a place. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the reality is always a little different from what you dream. For example, what Zillow suggested were rates I could get for a mortgage were...optimistic, to say the least. Lynn helped keep me in an appropriate range (I even ended up getting a unit almost $30K under what I planned on) and worked a ton to ensure the deal was good for me. In fact, we nearly closed on one place that she recommended, and after they had already accepted my offer, she did some independent homework and found out the washer-dryer combo in the unit was specifically forbidden by the homeowner's association. We asked the owners to find a way to make an exception, they essentially refused to even try, and we moved right along to another unit. Frankly, the unit I ended up with is nicer in just about every way and cheaper. And when we first came to see the unit I live in now, their agent was there, but they didn't have the key. They basically took the unit off of the listing and Lynn helped ensure I got to see it first when the key came in, helped me throughout the inspection process, checked in months later, and even sent a nice gift card to help with some home improvement stuff. She knows what she's doing. You'll still have to do your homework on prospective units and all that--you should obviously not expect a place on a silver platter--but her knowledge of the area and houses will do you wonders.

Lynn is a VERY experienced sales agent that I highly recommend. She keeps in touch with her clients like they are neighbors. We just moved into our first home a few months ago and we have so much gratitude for Lynn. We started the process with her on a whim showing about 10 months prior. In that time, we looked EVERYWHERE - seriously. Even through a global pandemic, this amazing woman was with us every step of the way. It was a long process but Lynn was patient with us. She never rushed us to make a move and she quickly learned our style, taste, and neighborhood preferences. From the start, Lynn genuinely took the time to get to know us and we trusted her right away. We saw some great homes (and some weird ones, too); but we always felt so safe and protected with Lynn. She is an expert in the real estate world. I'm not kidding when I say she saw stuff that we would have been totally blind to or we wouldn't have found out until home inspection. In retrospect, I don't know what we would have done without her. In the winter we had a sudden change of heart and didn't want to deal with the budget restrictions (and sometimes lack of-yard) that the city was giving to us. Instead of convincing us to settle, Lynn engaged us on an awesome phone conversation wand we decided to look in the suburbs. Lynn was extremely flexible and was totally willing to work with us wherever... so we made our way out to Brookfield! Long story short, our first offer didn't work out although Lynn fought hard for us. Realistically, it was the best thing that could have ever happened. Although the house would have been fine, we probably would have outgrown it quickly and little did we know what was waiting for us on the horizon... While we were feeling defeated, Lynn found us a beautiful home in a close by neighborhood that wasn't even up on the market yet. We saw it the next day; it was incredible - and again, we immediately made an offer. Lynn worked diligently with us and our attorney to make the deal work. The global pandemic and some giant maple trees over the property definitely threatened the deal but somehow Lynn just kept on fighting for us. And then before we knew it, we were closing in April! Moving out here was the best decision we ever made. We are SO so so happy and would never look back. We got an amazing brick house with a finished basement and a beautiful small yard for the dogs.
