Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Lauren worked in healthcare sales for a decade. During her tenure as the Director of Sales Training for North America for a prominent healthcare sales organization, Lauren honed her negotiation and business development skills. She is proud to be co-leader of The Green Group, a team she founded with her husband, Ryan. Lauren credits his support and driven nature with providing her the motivation to always reach for her dreams. She is deeply dedicated to her career, and has been recognized in Chicago Agent magazine's "Who's Who" issue.

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Lauren loves spending her free time walking through the city’s beautiful neighborhoods or checking out the amazing restaurant scene. Her motto is simple—doors of opportunity don't open themselves, so you should always be ready to push for what you want out of life. Lauren believes in giving back to her community, and donates a portion of her commission to Cradles to Crayons.
