Kyle was great to work with! He has great knowledge of the Chicago area, as well as the pros and cons of each condominium. As a result, it was very easy to find a home that suited my preferences at an affordable price. As a first time home buyer, Kyle helped me through the process and made it very easy, and stress-free. I will definitely work with Kyle in the future!

Kyle was super on top of it and informative from start to finish with a first timer and the condo buying process. Heâ??s very professional, worked with my schedule and has a very knowledgeable team as well that made sure I was informed and well taken care of. Kyle was terrific! He spent a lot of time with us, showing us several properties across a broad spectrum so we could better understand the range of properties and neighborhoods that were available. He's very detailed oriented, and thoughtful in his assessment regarding comps of targeted properties. He's also a consummate professional in all aspects of his relationships with us and other listing agents. Finally, his referrals for 3rd party necessities (e.g., mortgage broker, real estate lawyer, home inspector, cleaning crew, etc.), were excellent and saved us time for searching on our own. We would definitely recommend Kyle for friends and family.

Met Kyle during an open house, met many realtors this way and when we got serious we went to Kyle - thankful we did. He showed us many condos many times. Our sale did not go smoothly due to the seller but Kyle stayed on top of all issues. Kyle has even helped us find a great contractor. Would recommend Kyle to anyone!!!

Kyle was an excellent agent to work with, and I would recommend him to any homebuyer in Chicago! He was very knowledgeable about the home buying process, and he took time to explain each step to me and answer all questions I had. He regularly checked-in with me about new listings, and he worked around my schedule to view properties. At showings he would ask questions about the property that I had not thought to ask, or did not know to ask, so I felt assured that I left each viewing knowing as much as possible about the property. Kyle provided recommendations for mortgage lenders, lawyers, inspectors, etc. He would be a wonderful choice for any homebuyer, especially a first-time homebuyer.

Kyle was my realtor during my first home buying experience- which was a very successful one at that! For instance with my new home, I was able to customize all my finishes which is all thanks to Kyle. He was determined to show me a junior 1 bedroom condo that was no longer on the market for showing.
