As a first time home owner, Josh made my experience absolutely memorable. Josh curated a purchasing experience to my specific needs. I wanted my first home to be spacious, dramatic, and welcoming and he over delivered on all three. He worked efficiently and secured my home in an unprecedented time frame, while also negotiating prices and saving me money on closing costs. I highly recommend Josh if you are new to the home buying. He will move quickly but never at a pace that will make you feel uncomfortable. Josh is my number one.

Josh contacted me initially via email and then text after we made contact through emails. I decided to work with him because he showed genuine interest in helping me find a new rental. Thanks to Josh, my apartment search was completed in just under 2 days. He was extremely responsive and efficient in contacting the property owners. He went more than above and beyond in helping me by coming to pick me up from my current residence and driving me all the way to the rental properties, After the lease was sent and signed by me, he continued to check in to make sure I had no issues. He still checks in fairly regularly. I can't wait to work with him again! 10/10 experience

You will read several reviews about realtors everywhere, but this one is the most genuine out of all of them. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me sell my house, it only took him a few days to put it under contract for above the price I was expecting it to be. I felt supported every step of the way, from going over the comps when pricing the house, up to until the final walk through and closing table. He’s not only a realtor, he’s an investor and a homeowner, so he has been in every side of a Real Estate Transaction. Do yourself a favor and pick him as your guy Realtor, he knows his stuff.

Josh was recommended to me through a good friend of mine. Being new to Chicago, he helped me narrow down a neighborhood he knew would accommodate my lifestyle and needs with a price point I was comfortable with. He previewed the condo before I arrived to make sure it was worth our time to tour. Josh was always available through phone calls , texts, and emails. and made me feel like a priority. The whole process was seamless even through the busy rental season! Cannot recommend Josh enough.

We bought our first Chicago property with Josh. The best part of working with Josh is his responsiveness. Text, call or email, Josh is there to help. He’s well-connected. He set us up with lenders, contractors, inspectors, attorneys and was there to answer all of our questions. When he couldn’t answer a question, Josh would introduce us to someone who could. He’s humble, brings a great attitude and was by our side from showing to closing. Josh is, like us, also a real estate investor himself.
