I originally contacted John to rent the property. He was knowledgeable and was very patient with me as I reviewed the contract. He patiently and cheerfully answered all my questions. As a result of our interactions, it became clear to me that selling the property made more sense. Once again, John exhibited tremendous patience as I reviewed the next batch of contracts. Once the decision was made to sell and the contracts were signed things seemed to move very quickly. We managed to attract a number of interested buyers. John proved to be a tremendous asset in the negotiation process. His guidance and insight helped me to make the best decision for my circumstances. Most importantly John was able to keep my stress level to a minimum throughout the entire transaction for which I am extremely grateful. Very helpful. Way easy to work with. He even helped when there were issues on the move-in day with the management company. We were almost delayed a day with our move but he made sure we were able to get in.
