Jessica Rodriguez transitioned into real estate after 18 years as an on-air personality for some of Chicago’s top radio stations including B96, 101.9 The Mix, and 104.3 Jams. In addition, she has held key corporate positions from customer service to sales and event planning: a career path that sharpened many of the relevant skills and capabilities that Jessica now brings to her Dream Town clients. Able to multi-task while maintaining her meticulous attention to detail, she excels in Chicago’s fast-paced real estate market. She is a highly effective communicator and a creative problem solver dedicated to exceeding her client’s expectations.

Jessica has also worked as a mortgage loan processor. The experience she gained there is particularly helpful for first-time buyers who may be daunted by the home-financing process. Complementing her wealth of professional skills, Jessica is a genuine people-person who finds satisfaction in making others happy. A strong believer in giving back to the community, Jessica is proud to be a founding board member of the Julian Jumpin Perez Foundation, a local not-for-profit organization that creates and sponsors events that provide assistance to those in need. Although she has lived here her entire life, Jessica still loves to play the tourist in her hometown with her two amazing daughters. So when she is not volunteering, working, or coaching her daughters’ volleyball teams, you’ll often find her exploring the city to experience its never-ending variety of things to do, see, hear and taste!
