Jen was amazing! She did an amazing helping us to find a new home. She was tenacious in getting us into viewings. While we were there she helped us to imagine what living in the space would really be like. She also ensured that my spouse and I agreed on what was important to us as a family. When it came time to bid, she helped us to put together a competitive offer. When it came time to sell, she made sure that we had plenty of traffic and really helped us to evaluate all of the offers. She really helped to make this challenging experience rewarding.

I had a great experience and great outcome working with Jennifer. She takes her work personally. She takes pride in your work. She pays attention to the details. In all business but especially a real estate transaction, the details matter. She communicates frequently and in the right level of detail. When things were not clear to her, she asked questions to gain clarity and avoid confusion down the road. She was tough when that was required. While advocating for me, she was fair and reasonable. She found the right way to challenge me and the buyers. She appears to enjoy her work â?? the inconveniences to her (and there were many) did not become inconveniences to me. Perhaps the best compliment is that I would not hesitate to refer Jennifer to friends and family.

Jennifer was a dream come true. She took the time to really listen and understand our needs and wants, and helped us sort through all of the possible solutions. Her warmth and tact helped us through a number of set backs and challenges in this very tough market. Her passion and vision for what homes could be is only matched by her practical wisdom and understanding of how the housing market and negotiation process works. Jennifer's friendly manner and cool under pressure attitude make her an ideal partner in the home buying process.

We could not have had a better experience with Jen. As first time home buyers we had all of the questions, all the concerns, and a huge amount of anxiety around spending so much money. Jen was a huge gift in that she answered all our questions, kept us calm, and was an absolute bulldog with the other lawyers, realtor, and anyone else who wasnâ??t getting back to us. If you donâ??t have a realtor, hire Jen. If you already have someone, fire them and hire Jen. You wonâ??t regret it.

During a stressful process where youâ??re likely to be making one of the more financially significant decisions of your life, she will not only listen to your concerns, but address them. I have bought and sold at least a dozen houses over the years--in California, Arizona, Oregon, Massachusetts, and Illinois. I have never had a real estate agent as outstanding as Jennifer Cudahy. She is, quite simply, the best agent I've ever worked with--a true professional, smart, skilled, positive, energetic, helpful, generous. She's someone who really understands the Chicago real estate market from every angle. And above all, she's a wonderful and delightful person. She handled the recent sale of my condominium under less than ideal conditions. Like many real estate transactions, it was not without its unexpected difficulties (none of which originated with Ms Cudahy, I should emphasize, but were the results instead of the inexperience of a couple of prospective buyers). She handled the situations with extraordinary aplomb and professional skill, guiding the process throughout and ultimately succeeding is a very satisfactory sale. Her advice was always right on the mark. And her commitment to the project never wavered. She is a clear communicator with a good sense of humor (very important to me) who always seemed available and ready to work nearly 24/7. I can't recommend her more highly.

Jen was integral to help me get my dream house. Super fun to work with and very helpful with finding me an attorney, an inspector and other services. She was a great communicator and always very responsive. I'd love to work with her again in the future!
