Wow! Jason Webb was so helpful to us when selling our University Commons condo. We had been transferred to Colorado and the real estate market had shifted; we were forced to sell during a downtime. Thank god we had Jason! He relentlessly showed the condo to any and all prospects and provided us with detailed feedback everytime. He also encouraged us to keep our heads up. He was right. In the end, so many of the things Jason educated us on ended up being true and we got the condo sold. Selling can be a tricky task; you'll want Jason in your corner!

Whether you're buying, selling, or renting, do yourself a favor and hire Jason. Jason came as a recommendation when I relocated and wanted to rent my condo out. What can I say, Jason knows his business. He helped me find my apartment 4 years ago and now helped me find my dream home. He was so patient with me throughout this process and offered valuable advise throughout. We are so pleased that we had Ashley and Jason sell our University Commons condo! The fact they both live there--Jason is right up on the fourth floor and Ashley lives in a first floor unit just like ours, in an adjacent building--was the key factor. Ashley did a great job selling the virtues of first floor living, while Jason was helpful analyzing the comparable units before listing and then negotiating our offer.
