Where to even begin so there was this condo I wanted that was already contingent, I expressed to Ivan how bad I wanted it and would even pay 10k over asking….needless to say this man is a MIRACLE WORKER we not only got the condo but were able to get very close to asking price, this man will move mountains to get you what you want. He is not only passionate about his craft but extremely knowledgeable and transparent. I will be doing business with him again in the future and would recommend him to any of the people closest to me.

We used Ivan for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Of course it was right when the rates went up, but Ivan‘s team was able to help us navigate the crazy rate fluctuations. On top of that we were moving quite a distance away and Ivan had no problem accommodating schedules to set up full days of showings over an hour away.
