Let me tell you about Danny Ross, I had a home I needed to sale on 81st and Wood, it was a short sale, no other Real Estate agent would take it for various reasons... but Danny took the listing and worked very hard and dillegently to get it sold, and actually found a buyer for it and sent her to his lender and got her qualified for a loan, which i'm sure no one else could have done, Danny worked on this low budget home like it was a "million dollar" property and i appreciate it so much...if you are a buyer or a seller and looking for someone who will work his butt off for you, as well as has a team of professionals ( mortgage lender, attorney, home inspector,etc.) who will do the same, contact Danny he's the BEST!!! 

Danny was very understanding and patient with this first time home buyer! He understood all of my concerns and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He consistently kept me updated on new listings that met my requirements. Danny was very knowledgeable when it came to understandings different neighborhoods and prices and even gave me advice on the conditions of the homes we saw and what repairs they may need. I am very happy to be done with this process, and very happy to have had Danny to walk me through it.

IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE AGGRESSIVENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF DANNY I WOULD NOT HAVE MY DREAM HOME! From start to finish this agent has been more than the typical real-estate agent. His actions, behavior and attitude vividly reflects the positive and dignified principles I would expect from an agent. Not once has a email, text or phone call gone UNANSWERED... IMMEDIATELY. I had a great experience with Danny he went way beyond what he needed to do in order to make my rear estate deal successful . I now feel I have a friend as well as a real estate agent who I can trust and be well assured that I will get exactly what I need in any future real estate deals. 

I found Danny Ross on zillow contacted him told him what I was looking for he immediately sent me maybe 24 -25 homes to look at by e-mail and out of that first batch of homes I was able to find what I was looking for.. I then contacted Mr. Ross again he e-mailed me the paper work to submit offer within a week my offer was excepted and closed before the New Year!!! 

Danny was very nice and helpful. When I would call or text him, his response time was fast, he would call me back within 5 minutes. I honor his opinion when it came to things to do regarding finding my house. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

I was a first time homebuyer when I met Danny, due to a previous realtor lack of attention. If I could put a newspaper title to Danny Ross it would go something like this..... Danny Ross... Half Realtor... Half Amazing!!....or....Danny Ross Single handedly saves the sale!!.....or....Just when you thought it was over Danny Ross swoops in!! My wife and I were looking to get our kids in a better school district. With our current home being under water we didn't think it would be possible to get into a new home. Danny Ross showed up on our door step with the expert knowledge to advise us on our options. Before we knew it we were looking for houses and searching for renters. Danny negotiated deals on two houses for us, one of which we are living in today. Thank you Danny Ross! 

We located Danny Ross on Zillow. We originally moved my elderly mother out of her home in Illinois several months ago and relocated her to the west coast where I reside. We needed to find a good realtor in Illinois who could work with us at a distance to sell her house. Danny Ross was an excellent choice. He immediately took charge of the situation, helped us determine a reasonable asking price, actively marketed the property, made frequent visits to the property in our absence, and found a buyer within a short period of time. Danny stayed actively involved throughout the negotiation process, through the buyer`s inspection, and through the final closing of the sale. It is not easy to sell property in another state but we relied heavily upon Danny; he kept us advised on the sale process in Illinois, promptly responded to our many questions, and informed us on what we could expect at each stage of the process. We are greatful for Danny`s expertise, tenacity, responsiveness, and patience.

Awesome... Danny has been a breath of fresh air in what i can only describe as a nightmare. He has not helped me rent a house yet, but there was no option in the "services provided" menu for him giving me excellent advice and a much needed piece of mind. Story is much too long but let's just say after 4 realtors in the course of 2 weeks, Danny was right on time with pertinent information and honesty. I regret I didn't use him first. I will definitely use him once I'm ready to move forward with a rental and in a year or two, a purchase. Once I do, I will update on what I'm sure will be another positive review.

Danny Ross is a phenomenal real estate professional! He helped make a difficult process a worthwhile experience. Though I was not successful in my home purchase, Danny's expertise, knowledge and professionalism were invaluable to me, as I treaded unknown waters as a seasoned home buyer in a completely changed real estate market. This time I was denied a home loan because of excessive financial obligations--good credit is not always enough when purchasing a home! Though I was pre-approved, paid for the loan app (including appraisal report) and home inspection, and jumped through most of the hoops, my process came to a screeching halt with the news of denial! Danny immediately advised me on how to proceed and he began the process for the return of my earnest money deposit. It took some serious and arduous negotiations (sometimes sellers get angry when they lose a contract) but Danny stayed the course until I had the earnest money check in my hands. Thanks Danny! I worked with Danny for months trying to find the perfect home. We had specific needs: a decent neighborhood, a rehabbed home, a bedroom that could be made into a studio, etc. all within our price range. We saw a lot of homes. It seemed like every Sunday, we would be seeing our friend Danny. After our first attempted home purchase, which ultimately fell through upon inspection, Danny encouraged us to keep looking (even though we were ready to give up). We ended up putting in an offer on Easter (yes, Danny met with us on Easter!). Everything went through perfectly, and we are now happy in our new home. Danny was always easy to get in touch with. Danny Ross is a pleasure and a blessing to have as my real estate agent. He never leaves any questions unanswered and he always responds promptly.
