Dan DePaepe has been my realtor for two real estate transactions and I highly recommend him to be your agent! Dan went above and beyond in every respect as a real estate agent. See I lost out on a home once because my former Realtor didnâ??t think I was serious about buying a second place as I already have one. Recently we were faced with a big problem - we had to sell my sisters three flat in Chicago as soon as possible. A good friend of ours recommended a broker to us, Daniel DePaepe, who might help us. We held meetings with Dan and signed a contract. Dan did all the work - answered all our questions, listed showings on the internet and even suggested an attorney in our area. We are in our eighties and unable to travel back and forth to Chicago. We didn't have to as Dan handled it all - even getting the buyers to empty the building without our help. In about one month we had a final closing downtown - our lawyer attended so we didn't have to. Dan was great always available. Kept us informed about everything.
