Weâ??ve dealt with lots of people in our lives because of our industries, but dealing with Craig was a breath of fresh air! If it was 8am or 10pm he answered the phone, spent as much time with us has needed, and most importantly fought for us if needed. We will recommend him over and over with friends and family if their need arises to find a new home. Thanks Craig!!

You'll never feel like "just another listing.". Craig finds out what you want and need and caters his service to meet your needs. He'll also tell you what you need to hear over what you want to hear. My husband and I have been working with Craig Stein since we met him in 2006. Our first home purchase was through him and we are currently using him to purchase our 2nd home. The was one of the BEST realtors I've ever worked with. And, that is saying a lot based on numerous disappointments over the years. He is very thorough, very responsive and stays on top of the transaction from start to finish!

I don't give excellent reviews easily, but I was looking at houses on and off for a few years and worked with more than a handful of realtors. Craig was hands down the best and most pleasurable to work with. He didn't just try to sell me a house, he tried to sell me the right house, and when I needed something from him, he got on it. He really tried to make the closing process as easy as possible, and without question am suggesting him to friends on future sales.

Craig helped us buy our Condo in 2015 & sell our townhouse in 2016. Craig truly goes above & beyond with everything he does. His availability when responding to phone calls, emails & texts is 1,000%. He is totally hands on, his commitment to be there for you is outstanding. He is friendly, caring, considerate & an overall pleasure. I had a different realtor before Craig & it wasn't good. We have used Craig as our realtor 3 times. First, he found a wonderful, new construction house for us and got us an amazing deal. Several years later, we were moving out of the area and he helped us sell the house. This was during the downturn in the economy and he helped us with realistic goals and was wonderful at communicating with us, keeping us motivated, hosting open houses, advertising our property, and getting and communicating agent feedback from every showing. Finally, we moved back to the area and he helped us find our new house. He got us a very nice deal and helped us with negotiations, inspections, financing, and closing. I never had to worry when we had Craig as our realtor. I knew he had our best interest at heart. I would recommend Craig with the highest praise. He is honest, hard working, and will help you through the selling or buying process. He was always willing to show us as many houses as we needed to find the perfect one. Craig has helped me both renting and later selling my house. He really took care of each detail, from preparing the house, taking nice pictures, recommending low cost very efficient contractors, to giving me the right advice during negotiation and closing. Craig is outstanding.
