I began working with Craig Fallico because the picture that I saw of him with the advertisement on his houses was so friendly I said... what a great guy to work with! As I became more serious and started looking at homes I was introduced to his son, Nick Fallico. Let me say if you are looking for a new home this team is absolutely the best! We looked at many condos before our "right one" showed up. Each time we scheduled an appointment Nick was so patient and so willing to talk us through the pros and cons of each place and he was so patient as we turned down one after another for various different reasons. Then, when our perfect condo showed up we scheduled an appointment to see it a week later on a Saturday. On Wednesday before our appointment he called at 8:00 that night to tell us someone was putting a bid in on the condo. We acted immediately and put a bid in on the condo too. Because of our offer and our deposit the homeowner chose us and signed our proposal! So, because Nick was so caring and attentive we are now moved into our dream home! When my wife and I were looking to buy our first home we called Craig to help us through the process.
