Working with Chrissy to find a home was a wonderful experience characterized by her communicativeness and insight into my needs. I was a first time home buyer and she made sure to walk me through what all I should be looking for in a home and more importantly what I liked in a home! I would highly recommend her to my friends (I already have) and it's a great thought that she's only going to continue to get better! Thanks a bunch Chrissy!

After several months of independent (and unsuccessful) apartment-hunting, we met with Chrissy, who was essential in finding the perfect first home for me and my husband. She was warm and caring from the get-go, and we really felt heard in communicating what sort of home we were looking for, where we wanted to live, and how big our budget was. This careful listening on Chrissy's part, combined with her thorough research, resulted in her finding excellent apartment suggestions, including the place we have now in Logan Square, which we absolutely adore. We honestly wouldn't have been able to find a place as beautiful, for as reasonable a price, had we not worked with Chrissy. After finding our apartment for us, Chrissy joined us for the walk-through, asking the other realtor questions we wouldn't have even considered. Finally, Chrissy's assistance with the paperwork was so helpful and valuable. She was easily-reached when we had questions, and was just as responsive when it came time to submit our application and contract. This was out first apartment together, so we were intimidated by the prospect of finding and renting our first home. However, thanks to Chrissy's knowledge and experience, combined with her great communication skills and warmth, we found an amazing place to live and had an excellent experience filled with joy and excitement.

To say Chrissy knows how to deliver in the clutch is an understatement. After a disastrous asbestos repair-gone-wrong required me to vacate my old apartment mid-month with zero notice, Ms. Sullivan was nothing short of my saving grace. With next-month leases being signed by the hour and 14 days until move-in, Chrissy immediately set me up on an apartment search tailored to my personal needs, previewing places for me while I was at work, and scheduling showings at only the best of them as soon as my schedule allowed that coming weekend. Needless to say, she really outdid herself, with a couple of them especially exceeding what I thought was possible with my modest budget. Then the next day, as I was about to apply to the condo I had carefully wavered back and forth about, yet another, even more perfect place hit the market. Chrissy got in touch with the listing agent immediately, and somehow managed to reserve my place as first in line to see it (the listing was "a fire sale" according to the listing agent). And the moment we stepped in, I knew it was the one. Yes, it had the garage, the updated kitchen, and the easy L access I wanted, but also a balcony, a gym, a stunning roof deck, a doorman, early move-in, and the perfect location in Old Town. And now it's mine. Not only did Chrissy do all of this, going out of her way to save the day and prevent my couch-surfing living situation from extending into the next month, but she took so much stress out of the situation that I even managed to put together a huge pilot presentation and accept a new job offer at the same time all of this was happening. So now, even as I deal with all the legal fallout from the horror story asbestos repair that got me into this mess, I get to do so in a beautiful new condo with a view of the sunset and with a highly desirable new job, none of which I would be lucky enough to have if it wasn't for this one amazing realtor. The bottom line, ladies and gentlemen: If you need a new place to call home, look no further than Chrissy Sullivan. This agent gets things done for her clients, and damn, does she do it well.

Chrissy was extremely helpful to me finding a place to live. She was attentive and quick to respond to all of my emails and questions with thorough answers. She helped me navigate the very complicated real-estate in Chicago and went out of her way to find out additional info about a few apartments I was most interested in. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home/apartment!
