I have worked with Chris several times, both as a buyer and as a seller. Working with Chris is like working with a close friend and personal advisor. He is truly committed to guiding you through the process of selling or purchasing a home in a way that is as pleasant and drama-free as possible. He didn't steer me in any particular direction, but he always gave valuable advise when asked, even if it was not what I wanted to hear or it wasn't in his best interest. In fact, I never felt like he had any personal motive other than making sure that he was supporting me as best he could. His wisdom and insights were invaluable to me and I would recommend Chris to any buyer or seller, new or experienced!

We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. One of our friends recommended Chris and we can’t thank them enough! He patiently explained every step of the home buying process to us and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Also, he was always prompt in replying at any time of the day or evening. We felt so comfortable with Chris. He was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us, and his advice was incredibly useful. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Chris! We would give Chris A++ rating and work would like to work again with him in future!

As this year is ending and we are starting a new one. I cannot emphasize how much we are thankful for Chris in 2022. I would like to leave more details, but he went above and beyond every weekend for well over a month trying to find a great location for us. We are/Iâ??m super picky and it didnâ??t discourage him or get on his nerves. At least in person. Ha ha Itâ??s not like he was about to make a ton of money on this transaction because we were only looking to rent. We cannot speak highly enough or recommend a person like this enough to anyone in the market looking for a home. The greatest real estate agent I have ever dealt with, and itâ??s not about the money he makes. His focus is his clients and thatâ??s incredible in any business. We will always use him what a great person he is.

Chris was great! He made buying my first house (from out of state, no less) super easy and went above and beyond, going to so many showings and always be super responsive, despite the time difference. Not to mention, he always kept my hopes up after several offers being rejected. And finally, he was there for me at the closing table too. So, I canâ??t say enough good things about him!

Chris Vasilakopoulos is the best in the business based on my experience with real estate agent - He single handedly was able to find a place for me in such short time in the building that I really want although no units were in the market. I would give him the highest grade in the market

When I was ready to sell my walk-up condo and look for a new place with an elevator, my son suggested I call Chris, the same agent he had used. I had very specific needs, and Chris was able to get me exactly what I wanted. He helped me through the process every step of the way, including getting my old place ready to put on the market. I recently moved from out of state to Chicago and over one weekend trip, I met Chris and he had our 3 days planned out to almost the minute! We toured the areas of the city I wanted to be in. I recently purchased my first home with the help of Chris, and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service, commitment, and professionalism that I was provided. I originally resided in Michigan, and while attending my last semester of college, Chris understood my schedule would not allow for me to make frequent trips to the city, and adjusted accordingly. I had a great experience with Chris when looking for and purchasing my first property. He was very patient with me; walking me through every step of the process and answering all of my questions.
