Awesome experience with Brian! Anytime I called he picked up and got my questions answered. Bank was a bit difficult to close but thanks to Brian we still managed to keep the deal for the home and all worked out in the end.

Brian made the home selling process much easier than it could have been. We complete a complex VA loan sale that as most folks know always have some hurtles come up. Brian took the extra steps to smooth out the process and get this sale closed! His extra effort made this sale happen!

Brian remained in close contact throughout the process. He engaged in significant legwork to ensure that my property sold, including open houses. When the 3D home tour was not to my satisfaction he contacted the photographer and did a re-shoot. I would recommend his services.

My husband and I were trying to look for multi-unit property. It was the first time for us and Brian had been super informative and patient from the very start. He spent countless days with us to find our property. There were a few complications along the process but Brian explained each step and communicated with us and the other members of the team to help us move things along in a timely manner. Brian exceeded our expectations on every level. He is a true Chicago South Loop expert. He is always in close communication with his clients so you are never left in the dark wondering about next steps. He truly cares about his clients and wants the best for them throughout the entire process.

Brian was wonderful to work with. From selling/renting our home, to buying our new home, he always made sure he made himself available to help us in any way. He always went out of his way to make sure the process was easy as it could be for us. Communication was great as well. He is also incredibly patient! It took us a long time to find the home that we liked and wanted to buy, and he was positive and patient with us through the entire process.

Brian just sold my condo. He was actually the second agent I considered and suggested a sale price significantly above what the other agent had recommended, and to my delight, we received several offers very quickly. He made everything on my end a breeze even though I live in a different state, arranging for pick up of keys from my tenant and for needed repairs. He even went to bat for me versus the management company, who were slow to respond to things they needed to do. I would absolutely work with Brian again.

Brian is, hands down, the best agent you can choose to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and was proactive throughout the entire process.
