Brian was fantastic - first of he spent time with our family and understood what we were looking for - and proposed a set of properties that met our needs. He showed a variety of properties and helped us understand the nuances of each one of them and helped us narrow the list. Then he helped us to revisit and choose the right one. Afterwards, Brian was very helpful in constructing an offer and his keen knowledge of the market helped us zero in on the right price. He did not stop there but continued to work through the closing process as well some work we wanted to perform on the house. I would recommend Brian in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough great things about Brian. As a first time homebuyer I did not know what to expect through the purchase process. Brian took the time to explain real estate and finance concepts during our search and offer phases. When there were unique issues associated with my deal he navigated the situation skillfully and ultimately is the reason I was able to close.

Brian was amazing! Not the type of realtor that lists the property and hopes for the best, he actually had a strategy to move the building quickly which worked! I cannot say enough great things about Brian! This was my first time purchasing a home, and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Brian guided me through the search by showing me a variety of homes in different neighborhoods, so I was able to narrow down the type and location of the home I wanted. We discussed each home we viewed, and he was able to provide valuable feedback about the pricing and potential pros/cons. He was easy to communicate with and was very responsive via phone calls, texts, and emails. I am now living in a home I love thanks to Brian's hard work and expertise!

Brian is simply the best in his field as far as I'm concerned and it was a pleasure to work with him during one of life's more stressful events. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Trying to find a good realtor isn't the easiest thing to do. I asked friends and neighbors for recommendations and most of them were lukewarm, except for my neighbors who had used Brian for their recent house purchase and gave him high praise. That was enough for me to make a call and meet Brian. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and really checking out the house and I knew he was the person I needed. Brian knows the business forwards and backwards and inside out. He was proactive in every way from the first email/text to the last. My house was unique to price but Brian, with his experience and insight, priced my home right and hit the nail on the head. I was very happy with the outcome of my sale. Brian is a decent, level-headed, wise, hardworking, and honorable guy who I felt always had my best interests at heart. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about him. I'll be forever grateful to Brian for getting me through this process with all my cylinders still intact. :). And, he's really a genuinely good guy who treated everyone he came in contact with with the utmost respect. Thank you, Brian.

Brian is very proactive and responsive. He anticipates questions and needs and offers a point of view for how to address, without being too pushy about his point of view. We have worked with him on 3 properties now, and have had a consistent, high quality experience each time.

Brian is an incredible agent for anyone who is looking for a new place to call home. We bought our home in May 2021 living in Salt Lake City. Brian was excellent and trustworthy. He told us what homes he thought would be good for long term resale, had acceptable overall condition, appropriate neighborhoods, and best fit for our needs. Being that we couldn't be in person for walkthroughs we had to facetime Brian and he would take us through the home pointing out any problems, upkeep needing done, and explaining the home in its entirety. We had to completely trust him because we weren't there to see for ourselves. However, the home we ended up in was perfect and we felt comfortable putting a deposit down before seeing the place in person. We were able to quickly fly out meet up with Brian and see the home we now live in. Everything he said over facetime was accurate and the home really is wonderful.
