I'm a real estate investor from Los Angeles and was referred to Beverly Baum by a professional acquaintance (someone I had recently met as well). I asked her to help me in my search for my next income property. Her level of service and commitment went far beyond what I had expected and experienced from other realtors. She was extremely responsive and when she wasn't going to be available because of other appointments, she would let me know in advance. She also took extra steps to send me pictures and video of the property since I was completing this transaction remotely.
