We had an excellent experience working with Barbara "Barb" Graham as first-time home buyers. Barb was respectful of our timeline when we were casually looking but once we were ready to start seriously looking, she was quick to help us schedule a showing for a house we were interested in and later put in an offer. Barb was always easy to reach and answered any and all of our questions throughout the process. She gave us the technical support for home buying but also emotional support as she understood that this was a huge financial decision and stressful going through this for our first time. She worked excellently with the seller's agent setting expectations, advocating for us as buyers, accompanying us to the home inspection, supporting the contract price during the appraisal period, and ultimately helping us close on this home. She also has a great network of professionals. We worked with her attorney recommendation who also provided great care and attention to the services they provided us. Barb set us up for success from the very beginning of preparing to put in a competitive offer, negotiations, inspections, appraisal, and closing. Thank you, Barb, for all your hard work!! Barbara was great and we had a very difficult seller whom she handled with ease. She was alway on top of anything that came up and got us to the closing in what I would call a difficult deal.
